🐾 Toby – loyal, lively, and looking for a child-free home 🐾

Toby is a striking boy with a loyal heart and a complex character. He came into our care following an incident involving a child in his previous home. While we only know the details third-hand, it appears to have been an unfortunate accident during playtime with a toy. Out of caution and in Toby’s best interest, we’re seeking a child-free home where he can feel safe and understood.

According to his previous owner, Toby is incredibly easy to live with—100% loyal, a pleasure to walk, and happiest when he’s running free or playing ball. He does pull a little on the lead, but off-lead he’s excellent, staying close and responsive. He’s not keen on other dogs invading his space, but he’s happy to ignore them if they leave him alone. His former owner managed this easily by popping him back on the lead when another dog came into view.

Toby also enjoys travelling and was described as calm and content in both the car and campervan, making him a great companion for adventures.
