REHOMED - Lucky Gryff has now gone off to a new home

Gyrff is another one who has come to us via the stray system after being picked up and not claimed by his owners.  It is always difficult with strays as we obviously have not background information or history to help us find them the right home.  

 An added difficulty to finding Gryff a home is the fact that we think he is deaf, he shows no signs of hearing us and examination by the vet shows some sort of deformation within the ear canal.  Our vet is currently investigating this further with specialists but it may be that is something we cannot find the cause of.   If he does need treatment for his ears in the future we would be able to cover the cost of this.

He is a friendly gentle dog who enjoys his walks and is good with both people and dogs alike, he does pull on the lead and is a little reactive with large vehicles.  As he is deaf he would need to be kept on lead unless in a very safe environment as he does have the normal prey drive for a working dog.
