BERTIE

The lovely Bertie was born in rescue. His mum, a full Springer Spaniel, came into our care when her owners realised they needed support after discovering she was pregnant. She arrived with us just a few days before giving birth. Bertie's dad is a Shar Pei cross (smaller than a typical Shar Pei)

Bertie has been well socialised and raised around other dogs.  He has had is puppy vaccinations and is microchipped, he is not yet old enough to be neutered but when he is SYESSR will cover the cost of this. 

He is looking for a home with people who have the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a puppy into a well‑balanced adult dog.  Puppies shouldn’t be left alone for long periods, so full‑time workers without suitable arrangements will not be ideal.  

Although we can’t say for certain, we expect these pups to grow to around average Spaniel size.

Bertie is in a foster home in the Market Weighton area, and potential adopters will need to be able to travel there to meet him.
