🐾 This sweet girl is one of our recent arrivals through the stray system 🐾

Like many of our strays, we don’t have any background information on her, but what we do know is that she’s absolutely adorable and loves nothing more than a cuddle. She’s affectionate, gentle, and eager for human connection.

She’s still learning the ropes when it comes to training and will need guidance in all areas. On the whole, she gets along well with other dogs, though she’s not afraid to set boundaries if they get too pushy so she will probably be better as an only dog.

Lead walking is a work in progress—she doesn’t pull much, but she tends to weave around and walk behind you, suggesting she’s not used to being on a lead. Off-lead, she’s either glued to your side for cuddles or happily following the other dogs. Occasionally, if she loses sight of both, she’ll head back to the kennels on her own, so her recall will need some work.

She’s not yet neutered, and although we planned to have this done, the vet discovered she’s currently experiencing a phantom pregnancy. We’ll need to wait until she’s through this before proceeding.

Her age is estimated to be around four years old. Her behaviour suggests she might be younger, but her teeth point to around four or five.

She’s a lovely girl with a lot of potential, and with the right home and a bit of patience, she’ll blossom beautifully.
