Sonny

This lovely little guy is Sonny, named by one of our volunteers because of his happy 'sunny' disposition. He didnt have a name of his own as he was sadly found as a stray.. 

When he arrived at stray kennels he was unable to walk properly and it is possible he was clipped by a car. He was treated by the vets and xrays didnt reveal any serious damage. They did find signs of mild hip dysplasia which doesnt require treatment at the moment but he will need to be kept fit and lean and if help is needed with this further down the line we would help.

He is a steady boy who walks nicely on a lead and is good off it.  He prefers to sniff rather than run around and likes to stop for a cuddle mid walk. He is a very people focussed dog

He would be better suited as an only dog as he isnt always great with other dogs, however he is getting on well with some of the dogs at kennels

As he is a stray we wouldnt rehome him with children under 14
