🐾 Meet Arlo – a sweet, people-loving pup looking for guidance and a fresh start 🐾

Arlo came to us from a home where he had only been living for five weeks, so the information we have is limited—and prior to that, we know nothing about his background. What we do know is that he’s a young dog with a big heart and lots of potential.

During his short stay in his previous home, Arlo lived indoors and slept happily in his crate at night. He’s somewhat house trained but did occasionally have accidents, possibly as a form of protest. He struggled with being left alone, often howling or barking when left behind.

Arlo lived with two other dogs—a male Labrador and a female Pug—and got along well with them, though he could be a little grumbly around food. He’s very food-motivated, which can be helpful for training, but he’ll need some guidance around boundaries and routines.

He absolutely adores people and has not shown any aggression toward humans. He does pull on the lead and has only slight recall when on it, but he’s eager to learn and would benefit from consistent, positive training.
